At Planet X, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original boxes.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
